Weighted hypers. The pump in the lower back is too much. Can't stand up straight for ages.

Chins and dips.

They kill me should really do more of them but seem to find excuses for not doing them. And I am only talking body weight stuff as well.:(

On my next 5/3/1 cycle I might include a body weight training template for assistance exercises.

I go through stages with bent rows. Will do em for a month and then wimp out on them for 2 months.

Lunges and Squats (I've had bursitis on my right knee for the last 20 years)

Even have to be careful walking down hills

It used to blowout several times a week sometimes when I was 175 kgs.

What exercise do you wimp out on?
Any exercise that places my muscles in full stretch whilst under maximum tension. So you might say, it's not the exercise per se, but rather the methodology applied to it instead. I'll give few example to make things clearer for anyone who's interested.

1. D/bell flys
2. D/bell French curls
3. Stiff-legged dead-lifts
4. Romanian dead-lifts
5. Dips

Of course there are more (or less), depending on the load used, and the muscle stretch at the time.
