My eating has always been haphazard due to work considering breaks and food optional, tomorrow I wont get to eat fuckall and I'll miss by probably 500 cals since there are only so many healthy meals I can cram in once I get home so as long as it averages out over a few days I'm happy.

I'm a skinny old kunce, I need dem cals and as long as my pants fit and I can still see the little fella in the shower, I give no fuck for abs.

Dips ss Chins 6x8
 
working out my right arm picking up stubbies all day, then ill be lifting a few schooners when we move to the rsl for some din dins.
 
Hammies a little tight but the back was OK, think I am getting conditioned to it after moving about 5cubic Mr the previous 2 weekends to that, this first weekend I moved the first lot I was completely shattered everything hurt......
 
Thought it was a good idea to have a week off last week...Fucken doms from hell this week. Still can't sit down properly and I trained legs 3 or 4 days ago
