Saw someone smash the bar into their chin doing their second set of standing OHP. When the pain hit I realised it was me.

lmao, sorry mate, but lol..... I'm always worried about doing it too, its why I do behind the head or stare at ceiling while doing it lol.
 
One of the funniest things I think I have ever seen at the gym was when my mate was doing later pull downs facing away from the machine, then a couple of hotties came and were working out next to us, so he felt the need to bump the weight up, anyways, on hs third rep rep the cable broke and the went smahing into the back his head almost koing him, lucky he was generally OK but dark it was funny....

Its ok, I laughed too. But I finished that set. So all in all it was character building.

I train in my garage Harry, was just concentrating on going straight up and not too far out in front of myself. First time I have given myself an uppercut like that...
 
My last trip to the gym had me spotting some epic notsureiflegal hotness. Callan would have jizzed in his pants.
