Blame Paul Chek

Although his original idea behind the use of his Swiss ball was sound.

They have a few uses... I quite like sitting on one when i'm at the computer :) and i find them quite good for a few ab exercises...

Having tried once to DB bench on one (because my bench hadn't arrived yet :), never again!

I like the swiss ball for doing push-ups on
The instability warms my triceps up better somehow
I do a set of 20 before benching

Ahhhh, chest and bicep night. Every bro and his bro benching and curling all over the place.

Full depth squats seemed to be the order of the day, although the 3-amigbros that seem to frequent my gym were there going cable curl drop sets with th spotting yanking on the cable pretty hard!

Ive managed to get some of the LNL girls training here as of next week.

lengerie Football league.

Despite it all they train pretty hard from what i hear.

There's some brain confusion going on here, too. Except for the preacher-station squatter, that's just natural vengeance against the squat-rack curlers.

i also have business in sydney... think ill drop by for a um, uhh training session... yea um thats what ill do.

The scary thing Ryan is that i a pretty sure i have seen at least 6 or 7 of those scenarios at some time at my gym........just have to shake your head!!!!!
