The guy is doing standing one hand dumbell curls, but hinging at the hip each rep so unsure if he's intending to curl or row. It's like he's trying to do 100 reps for time.

LOL, and you gotta add the swing hes implementing as he tries to curl it up
 
I thought for once id put something positive in this thread.

Tuesday night, peak time, looking to do some chest/tri. Guy doing chest on bench, im doing chest/tri. I work in with him for my 4 chest exercises (same exercises and sets), spotted good as well. Good to see, half the time when i ask how many sets is left, they just say "10 mins." Good to see other people actually letting me work in with him, even 4 times lol.
