Sitting down at the bench press with a couple 20's loaded to bust out some quick carefree warm-up sets... ending the set pretty damn quick when realizing there was a 15 hidden behind the 20 on one side!

oh wait... that was me the other day :)
 
todays observations:

Idiots 1 & 2 - two young guys proceeded to load up 100kg in the smith machine and knock out about a million quarter bench press reps whilst grunting like mating gorillas.

Idiot 3 - me. i failed a bench press rep without a spot, luckily i managed to lower the bar to my chest and roll it down onto my lap and then the floor with minimal fuss and noise. one bloke nearby came to help but i'd already sorted myself out. very embarrassing but i dont think anyone noticed

Stealthy fail, nice lol. Pre weighted bar, or do you use collers?
I always bench without anythign holding the weights, in case I do fuck up, hasn't happend yet though.
 
With collars so they don't fall off and make a shit load if noise if I do fail. Next time I'll swallow my pride and get a spot lol
