Epic misload tonight, thought I was pulling 230, missed the 3rd rep, disappointed...until mate points out I've just pulled 240 for a double and a bit....???
Squatted 124x8...3 sets of the sucker! Probably 2-3 more in the tank on the final set.
Front squatted 85x8 also. Then 75x25 straight after.
Brick...im getting stronger. though I think you'll get me on the 180 raw raw squat. 190 wrapped in 6 weeks though. 200+ this year.
And quads are getting bigger finally.
