Cheers mate, yah the ratio is way out lol. 2 years ago I herniated l4/l5/s1 badly deadlifting with 0 technique hence why I became a Bench Only guy....had a few attempts at getting back into squats/deads but resulted in reaggravating the same injury which in turn affected my work. So took some time off squats/deads all together, rehab'd my back, started back at the bottom with squats/deads in November last year, picked up Thomas Lilley as a coach and I my back has never been better. I'm hoping with time to be a 300/200/300 lifter, obviously long term goal, but it's a goal
