Just feels right for me and is in my routine. That is the point that I take my breath and lock my rib cage down (lat and core tightness).
Have to learn how to do it from the bottom as well though when hands are fried and have to use straps.
7 x 170 squat followed by 20 x 100

Sit down into a clean position so your torso is vertical. You should be able to get roughly the same feeling.
Benched 100kg for the first time. Pretty happy.
