The WADA prohibited list contains numerous catch all provisions that have the potential to trip up athletes where the substance is not specifically listed in the code. For example, there is a blanket ban on" selective estrogen receptor modulators", "aromatase inhibitors" and "other anti-estrogenic substances". There is evidence, or claims, that resveratrol can have these effects, eg
- Bhat KP, Lantvit D, Christov K, Mehta RG, Moon RC, Pezzuto JM (October 2001). "Estrogenic and antiestrogenic properties of resveratrol in mammary tumor models". Cancer Res. 61 (20): 7456–63. PMID 11606380.

The prohibited list also changes every year. What might be allowed this year can be prohibited the next. This is why the company line from WADA, ASADA and any decent professional sporting organisation is that taking any supplements involves some risk of inadvertent doping, and the only way to guarantee avoiding a positive test is to not take any supplements.

Take a 5-10 day break between bottles, however some guys are addicted and just run it all year round, there is no harm either way.
You wont feel crap when you stop taking it, over a period of time eg weeks your test levels will slowly go back down however since you will probably have a better functioning system and health improvements your baseline testosterone level "maybe" better than before you began.

With the all the testimonials - were they on 2 x 2 pills a day or 2 x 1 pills a day?

Most people were on the regular dose of 2x 1capsule per day, you vary the dose based on your estrogen level, if you are carrying some fat you will have a higher conversion of estrogen then a leaner person, if you take the 2x 2 and you notice sore joints or a decrease in libido then you are taking too much and your estrogen is too low.

We have contacted several universities in regards to the trial all are interested. We are awaiting for many of them to return from holidays, after which point we can get something organised.
The trial we want to conduct will be a placebo control cross over study including a wash out period which would entail a before blood test, an after placebo blood test and a post blood test.
