why gotta be a troll? I asked a serious question...
What is hurt?
I have no idea if its too low or too high or just right.
What I do know is that anti ageing meds are very low dosage. For example, HGH is dosed at about 1/8 of standard bodybuilding doses. I think its usually about 0.5iu per day.
Same with testosterone. While meatheads are shunting 1-3 or more grams per week into various body parts, TRT is dosing around 100mg per week. 200mg is a real high TRT dose.
So, if you have been given that dose by your doctor, thats the medicinal dose. If you went to the doctor hoping to get some sort of bro roid cycle then you probably should do at least double, not that I would ever suggest such a thing.
The problem is, the people you are seeking advice from (the interwebs bros) are not doing this stuff for anti ageing purposes. They wanna get huge and ripped. So they are going to give you all sorts of advice from that viewpoint. For example, most will tell you that taking anything less than 500mg per week of test is a waste of time, when in reality, if you do have low test and do take the prescribed dose it will work very, very well. It just won't get you to the olympia, which the bros are focused on. Either that or the next music concert. They are a rather fickle self absorbed bunch.
So, talk to your doctor. Go with his dosage. It will work, if anti ageing is your goal.
I got tear in my superspinatus ( rotator cuff ) and bursitis
Why do you think tb-500 would help with that?
I thought HGH was better for that sort of thing.
I know guys who sweat by it and some say it done jack. Possibly they had bunk gear or the others had spiked gear. Dunno. Good luck.
"TB 500 is a naturally occurring peptide. It is part of the thymosin family of peptides. Structurally it is unique in that it has a unique binding ability. This is relative in that it binds to certain substances and transports them to areas of injury. TB500 is found throughout the body, in many tissues, but is heavily concentrated in areas of injury.
The first effect of Tb 500 is it reduces inflammation. It does this via 2 mechanisms. It first works to lower inflammatory inducing cytokines. These cytokines induce systemic inflammation. Secondly there is a derivative of TB 500 that actually works to reduce inflammation of white blood cells. The cells responsible for immune system function.
As far as healing there are 2 primary mechanisms that TB 500 utilizes to promote and expedite healing. First it has a direct effect on Actin. Actin is a hair like substance that surrounds cells. It is responsible for the movement, growth and binding of cells. It plays a crucial role in healing. Second it is responsible for the activation of cells known as progenitor cells. These cells are unique in that they can assimilate with different cell types. They also produce protein and growth factors that promote healing.
As you can see TB500 isn’t just some peptide that worked in horses so it will work in our research, it has hard data supporting its effects and the benefits of those effects are often desired in our researching. The goal of this write up was to point those benefits out and support them with solid references"
This explains it quite well... I've read plenty of studies and people's logs on their success with this peptide. I do not have high expectations BUT this stuff definetly gonna help with inflammation and its just what I need atm ( for bursitis)...
