Hi Scott

I had a look at your link and found the other article re Knee Wrapping. It mentions a video on your favourite wrapping technique but the video is missing, do you have a link?
I just got some of the Inzer gripper wraps as a starting point, will start trying them in the next few weeks but will be wrapping myself as have no training partner at the moment.

Also, if you were wondering, the Grippers would sit pretty well right in the middle of the 2 types of wraps that I talked about

Great thanks, I descend kind of medium speed so that's good.

Any difference in wrap recommendations for high bar squats where there's more range of motion into the hole and more quad power needed? Or same as low bar?
