its all good LMD i have 18 inches unpumped on a 76kg 172cm frame. We can still give the bigger boys a run for their money. LOL

I do bicep work on deadlift day.
Cross body hammer curls, fat bar curls, preacher curls and regular BB curls.
I pick 1 each week and hammer it for about 5x10 or so.
I do tri's on bench day, usually high rep tricep pushdowns. (Done after CG bench, dips of whatever strength tricep exercise)
This is the sort of stuff I like to read
I dont really like regular hammer curls, they never really did much for me.
Cross body hammers then a few sets of fatbar curls are a pump chasers wet dream.
Let's keep it clean shall we Iron?
Interesting about the cross body hammer curls....never heard of that variation, I've always just done them with arms straight ahead.
