Abit of local rugby news - the ACT clubs are having a cry because Vikings are part of the backing for the New University of Canberra, Vikings team that will be playing in the NRC - saying we should be playing in ACT colours etc etc - but the thing is they are not willing to put in cash or they simply dont have the cash to do so...

All of the ACT club rugby teams started in the same spot - and some of grown fairly large, some have pretty much stayed the same and some like Vikings have become one of the the richest Rugby clubs in Australia (Super Rugby included) - hvaing Vikings back this side is the only viable way to do it - its sad to see people cant see the bigger picture but at the end of the day put in the cash or simply dont put your hand up for selection if you have an issue....

He played rugby in the Southern Inland comp and played rep in the same comp I did last year (of course he played in it afew years back) - I am just not sure how good a union player he would be - guessing he would be a 8 or maybe a 6...
