Yeah Jonnie I'm just over 6"1'. Didn't go anywhere near that bird, probably would have caught something. And as Markos said I doubt the girlfriend would have appreciated!

Mind you for the enjoyment of every male on here I feel i should put up more pics from the same party. Stay tuned!
 
I had a kid from Sydney come down who competed in some PA comp called Mikka Mowsa or something like that.

He squatted 230kg, benched 112.5kg and pulled 240kg @ 90kg, junior. Raw.

Looks like he's joining ProRaw and CAPO.

Massive quads, perfect squat and dead form, weak triceps. He managed a 120kg bench in a Sling Shot.

The 'jungle gym' (as I'm going to name it lol) will kick a lot of peoples asses right in the face and I can't wait to see the size of the 80kg KB!

But when is the gym likely to be open over Xmas and New Year?

Wouldn't mind coming down for a few days just to remind me what real hard work is lol

Sweet.

Although I'm probably not up to everyone's fitness standards I'd love to come down and train with you (by you I mean anyone) some time.
 
I dont think I have one, I think there is footage in the How we roll DVD, but he mainly uses DB's now
 
The boys, Dim, Mick, Jack and Max all did deload benches after their work sets tonight, going up to 140kg with blue bands.

Fat Dave benched 115kg

Brittany deadlifted 145kg
