<br />it think your just going to have to accept that his lifts are way behind, do all you can to make sure he is a more competent lifter and plays better on the field.
How do I get some of that action?You gonna tell me thats all natural?
Markos, how are you training with your wraps at the moment?
Do the boys do their working sets in them? Or do raw sets, then a few wraps sets?
I got mine off steve the other day. Im just not sure when/how to implement them into my training.
