Back on the OL Conqu3r. Krushed Kandy flavour, not bad. Still a bit powdery but it's down the hatch in a couple of seconds and is doing a good job
 
didnt get anything out of it the guy at the store said it was awesome which was warning signs for me

Yeah I usually question anything they recommend. 90% of the time they don't even lift. You should try mesomorph. It's got DMAA like the old jack3d. You'll definitely feel something then. lol

Tried pre workout ritual, it gave me heart palpitations after the workout. Also didn't like that I couldn't understand what half the ingredients were..

Now I just take a No-Doz caffeine pill, along with creatine and beta-alanine.
Plus magnesium to stop the DOMs from previous workout.
 
Rice cakes is just a food source and can provide energy. Nothing wrong with that. I prefer bananas.
 
yep, all you need to do is lift weights...

Been training for decades and never had a rice cake in my life, so pretty sure I don't need one to train.:D

Mick is just discovering that not everyone has the same food tastes as him.

What's wrong with rice cakes as a carb source if that's what you want to eat. My guess it isn't not macho enough for Mock. Probably compensating for something.
