The joys of dieting! - chicken and salad and steak tonight prob!
 
30g wpc (switched to bulk nutrients choc a week ago)
250ml water
1 tablespoon ground linseed sunflower and almond
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon macadamia oil

500 cals, gone in 4 swallows...easy
 
Just downed 2 cans chili tuna and 150g steamed veg - was awesome!

Was looking forward to it all morning.. and now its gone :(
 
185gm tuna in olive oil
100gms mixed vegies
200gms potato
Water
