I had been 15 days of 2011 carbless. managed to drop alot of the fat i put on over decemebr so decided yesterday to have a cheat meal at the all you can eat pizza hut..
I ate.
18 large pieces of pizza
I bowl of hot chips
8 pieces of garlic bread
2 bowls of ice cream
1 piece of apple crumble..
I was quite full... and i easily out ate all my mates yeeeeeeeeew.

4 egg whites + 1 whole egg scrambled - pre W.O
Protein shake - post W.O
200g steak w/ veggies

Pre-baked potatos, dice into cubes in the morning, chuck in frying pan to sautee, add eggs, salt, pepper. Scramble and eat deliciousness. Some yoghurt and a bit of fruit at the side. Breakfast of swole...too bad I only had 4 eggs left.
Cocoa Pops? What is this bullshit. PopTarts son! POPTARTS! They have 8 fucking Vitamins and Minerals, they're good for you damn it!
Or you could get 2x icecream sandwhich Poptarts, toast 'em up. Load one side with ice cream of your choice, then make an icecream sandwhich sandwhich. Glory.
