breakfast was 2 bacon, egg and hash brown rolls, with hollandaise sauce.

High volume back session planned for 2-3 hours time

dinner is all you can eat Brazilian. 15-20 different meat options, rice, cassava, polenta, black beans...... This puppy is gaining 5 kg in glycogen and water today!
 
Sunday brekkie ... awesome vanilla maple protein pancakes with bacon and maple caramelised figs!

so nice to relax on a Sunday morning for a change. can't move arms or upper back after yesterday's bench session lol
