Breakfast. Sweet potato, eggs, mushroom and a tomato. So tasty. Then an apple with passionfruit!

2 Salmon fillets lightly seasoned and panfried, whole bunch of english spinach sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and 4 cloves of garlic. P.s: Looking at the level of presentation from the masterchefs here I just know I have to pick up my game with plating skills and garnishing ability. Hence the strawberry on top.

Calories: 894kcal - Protein: 86g, Fat: 56g, Carbs: 18g, Belly: Full
 
Chicken enchiladas with the added kick of some jolokia chilli, but still working out how hot these chill is are but thinking I should of used 2 chill is in these just for some more kick.
