Pressure cooked some corned beef. About to make 3 sandwiches, corned beef, boiled egg, tommy sauce and mustard.

Hard to beat.
 
Good stuff peeps.

When I bulk meal prep, I just skip the sauce/spices and then mix them up as you go. (although I inevitably end up adding Cajun spice and sriracha to just about everything anyway :p)

the reason i use brocollini instead of brocolli, is because it doesn't have the head that gets all soggy.

it keeps better and arguably taste better too.
pfft, i don't do this to make friends :P
