Ribs are sick, every time I'm a squires loft it's ribs followed by ribeye.

Wife just finished preparing the pork roast, in the oven now for tonight, can't wait, I'll be circling around the over like a valcher probably wear the timer button out.

haha I've eaten enough crackling to last me the next 6 months
Pretty pleased actually - the crackling was perfect and almost all the fat was rendered out so it was seriously crispy. The meat was very lean but nice and tender from the long slow cook (post blasting for the crackle).
First time I made crackling in my life ... reformed vegetarian rocks the cooking of the pork
