I reckon I could smash that in 15 minutes, love the crackle, strenghtns the arteries.
Wife just finished preparing the pork roast, in the oven now for tonight, can't wait, I'll be circling around the over like a valcher probably wear the timer button out.

Pretty pleased actually - the crackling was perfect and almost all the fat was rendered out so it was seriously crispy. The meat was very lean but nice and tender from the long slow cook (post blasting for the crackle).
First time I made crackling in my life ... reformed vegetarian rocks the cooking of the pork
