also trying a new low carb muffin I made last night for my mum ...it's pretty good!

macros per muffin:
86kcal,
9g protein,
4g carbs (1g sugar),
2g fat,
7g dietary fibre.
 
I think I need a Webber too. That bulgogi chicken looks awesome.

Also whipped up these brownies which are a modification of a modification of Layne Norton's recipe :p

Nope. It originated from the Elvis Sandwich which is from the Peanut Butter and co shop in New York. This is my recipe.

2/3 cup oats
12g peanut flour (can use peanut butter here)
pinch of salt
20g sf maple syrup

Nuke

Top with precooked bacon, banana (can caramelise if you want with bacon), tbspn peanut butter and 15g sf maple syrup.

Enjoy :)

currently enduring a 2 week diet break of heavy carbs and i need something delicious to offset the fact that i feel average when i'm eating lots of carbs...
