Mince and Ghost chilli egg noodles, didn't know what I wanted last night so reheated some mince and heaps of sambal to it, boiled up some egg noodles and added some ghost chilli oil to it... Add red cabbage for crunch ended up being tasty.. and hot!!

Get a smaller tin for that protein loaf though...it's too flat because the tin is too big lol

Boring but tasty pork stir fry with baby choy sum, garlic, ginger, chilli and ponzu for lunch on this humid cup day in Melbourne


Got these as a surprise for the family tonight though
