I stay away from hotel buffets, End up with me eating about 10 hashbrowns, wayyy to much bacon, a few eggs. glasses upon glasses of milk. finished of with lots and lots of cheese from the never ending cheese platters.....

Here is what I eat cutting @2600 cals:
Meal 1-
54g oats, 150ml full cream milk, 1tsp brown sugar.
4 egg whites on two pieces of multigrain along with 50g turkey breast and 50g bacon(fat cut off and grilled).
Meal 2-
100g turkey breast on 2 multigrain sandwiches along with salad cheese and a touch of mayo.
Meal 3-
Trutein protein powder with 500ml full cream milk.
Meal 4-
140g tuna chunks mixed with mayo and vinegar on two pieces of wholegrain, 100g greek yoghurt.
Snack-
45 grams of coles unsalted mixed nuts.
Totals: Fat- 106g, Carbs- 226g, Protein 190g, 2600cal.
