54g oats, 150ml full cream milk, 1tsp brown sugar.
4 egg whites on two pieces of multigrain along with 50g turkey breast and 50g bacon(fat cut off and grilled).
Meal 2-
100g turkey breast on 2 multigrain sandwiches along with salad cheese and a touch of mayo.
Meal 3-
Trutein protein powder with 500ml full cream milk.
Meal 4-
140g tuna chunks mixed with mayo and vinegar on two pieces of wholegrain, 100g greek yoghurt.
Snack-
45 grams of coles unsalted mixed nuts.
Totals: Fat- 106g, Carbs- 226g, Protein 190g, 2600cal.

One with egg the other with dble bacon

180grams sizzling steak
Tomato and spinach leaves
30 grams tasty cheese
Mild mustard, BBQ and srirachi sauces
Those are some serious meal crafting skills right there...almost tempted to burn an additional 600 cals a day just to fit in such mouth watering goodness.

Cinnamon + oats + PB + chocolatey crunchy stuff on top = BEST THING EVER.
My humble fritatta today is a pitiful attempt at feeding myself during a busy work day by comparison ... I salute you, Nazzy!
Large egg white fritatta with olives, herbs, vincotto and chilli topped with half a cauliflower mixed with my quick tomato sauce and rocket (made the sauce for everyone else's pasta)
Braised pork belly and chicken giblets (I know!!) with tomato, garlic and herbs with polenta (I only had a bit of polenta).
