egg white omelette with chilli, parsley and ricotta
cauliflower
mixed green salad

snack:
1 rice/corn cracker
2 strawberries

dinner:
San Daniele prosciutto crudo
chilli jam (chilli makes everything better )
ricotta
radicchio
oat sourdough

dessert:
a mini promessa d'amore pastry from Brunetti
banana protein frozen yoghurt
peanut butter
Chobani 0%
dark chocolate

Made some lemon almond bread (low carb, high protein, grain, dairy, and gluten free) tonight.

Varied it by using 50:50 almonds and cashews and adding some freshly chopped rosemary and cayenne pepper.

AMAZEBALLS. Light and fluffy and yum.

Variation: just use 195g almonds + 180g cashews (or nut butters) then add 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary and ground cayenne pepper to taste. I add about 1/2 tsp but you might like less.

 
Get a webber Reuben! My brother still does the best most succulent chicken on the planet in his old trusty webber lol

cheapest way to get a webber is council clean up time.
There were at least 8 out along my street at last weekends council cleanup collection.


Have to get a replacement slow cooker along with a new fridge
(been using a bar fridge for the last three years).

Probably wait until I'm back from Brissy (after oct long weekend)

I added some Worcestershire sauce and smoked paprika to mine and used yellow mustard instead of Dijon. I also used about 3kg of pork with the bone in it, slow cooked for about 8 hours.

The apple pie was just a Costco one I had frozen from awhile back
