Omelette with quinoa, moroccan spices and chilli (amazing)
Pepperonata (zucchini, red capsicum, celery, tomatoes)
witlof salad
oat sourdough
tried a little cultured butter made from organic unpasteurised jersey milk. unbelievable.
ooooh I concur. Hell, I think you're a legend for that brekkie.
Lunch:
Portuguese chicken with inner beauty XXXX hot sauce
broccoli
lettuce & tomato salad with flaxseed oil & lemon juice
oat sourdough
a piece of sea salt protein brownie
great lunch but my family have unfortunately died from the shock of me eating a substantial portion of chicken.

hmmm no live chickens since my nonna passed away, must say. the rest of us have always been too "chicken" or too afraid/animal loving to keep them for chicken meat
but have started to be Ok with chicken lately. huge step.
for a breakfast of champions, when in doubt, reach for chocolate. Had my first 20g of choc this morning. brownie at lunch. who knows later....

Correct chocolate at breakfast = profits...CCM I know that you are one cheeky kent and will be having slightly more than 20g for the day...God bless Nonna's, mine is the BEST cook ever and I've never had any Italian food that has ever matched up to her home cooked masterpieces
