This is my best effort on a catch up meal..I've had like 2500 cals over the last 2 days
400g fillet steak
1 whole sweet potato
2 fried eggs
2 Roma tomatoes
1 cup mixed Vegies

For desert, tub of mundella yogurt and an Icecream/protein thickshake
 

Great effort
