Protein shake today. Very tasty. Loved that the peanut butter taste came through strongly and the choc protein powder (dymatize) which isnt very tasty imo didnt come through so much. Probably whack some ice in next time to make it a bit thicker.

1 scoop protein powder (choc).
3 tablespoons of Conn. cookies and cream ice cream.
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter.
1 teaspoon of diet choc topping.
1 teaspoon of creatine.
2 cups milk.
 
Pre workout cos I was starving at 530am

yoghurt and dates

Post workout brekkie:

Hot date shake:
1 banana
1 medjool date
1 scoop WPI unflavoured
2 tsp lucuma powder
1 tbsp orange fish oil
almond milk

AMAAAAZING.

then: a oat sourdough toast with a stack of homemade nutella and a small mountain of strawberries. + green tea.

Could never bring myself to mix cookies n cream ice cream in with it though...id have to eat that sep lol..

Seriously I could eat more now if I wanted but will wait a couple of hours until afternoon tea where I will have:

37.5g Carrots
Tablespoon Smokey BBQ Sauce
5g Fish Oil
Tablespoon Macro Greens

Tuna, green beans and zucchini. And a small slice of rye bread.


LOL you eat exactly like I do...just swap the small piece of rye bread for organic oat sourdough and we're twins :)


Mum's birthday lunch at Enoteca Sileno today ... I had ... drumroll ...

grilled prawns (with butter)
baby spinach salad with roasted almonds and shaved grana padano cheese
a lovely glass of pinot grigio from Italy
an espresso + a Flamigni chocolate covered torroncino (choc covered nougat)

why the drumroll? I never eat prawns, just like to cook them. They were pretty good though!

from Costco for about $8 a pack of 2. i also just finished a 1.2kg bag of PB cup minitures which they sell for about $14
