any decent health food store should have it. It's about $5 for a 500g thing which lasts AGES as you barely use any.

This stuff is awesome for making anything THICK as. If you add too much & you have a crappy blender like I use to, you will see sparks!

I use it also in the protein fluff & marshmallow cakes I make.
 
so u only used1/4 teaspoon 4 that? wat about makin protein shakes into thick shakes? how much u reckon
 
Yeah about 1/4 to 1/2 tspn id say. It is very strong. Blender will be cruising along & as soon as you add it, it starts to struggle.

1/4 for a thick shake is say. I've never used more than 1/2 tspn in anything.

Post training meal today is...

1 1/2 sliced chicken breasts pan fried with moroccan seasoning
185g can of tuna
2 slices of home made zucchini/egg/vegetable slice
1 cup of cooked basmati rice
Broccoli
Choy Sum

Might wash it down with a glass of milk

It's only cos I select veggies. Where's my clean protein tho :( I need to supplement it. Not as fun. Lol. Its like boarding school, or army style food. I'm moving out of the mine camp tho and getting my own place in backwater for when I'm here :) lol I'm gona fuck that cow up!!

Then:
Flat decaf coffee with skim milk.

roasted sweet potato with rosemary
mountain of green salad
small piece of my Omega-3 bread

Snack:
Sunflower seed butter and raspberries
2 squares dark chocolate

Tonight:
Ricotta & sweet potato (leftovers :-D )
I'm thinking cherry protein fluff
