That ice cream with the reece's puffs is 328cals for about 500mls worth

100g frozen banana
1 cup ice
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tbspn might maple PB (could use normal PB)
2 tbspns queen sf maple syrup
1/4ish tspn xanthum gum

Blend up & chuck in the freezer for half an hour
