mate that is doing it IIFYM isn't just about junk food. It's about fitting what you want to eat into your goals. Bro spec is fine as well. I love a good bro meal I also like cheesecake haha. Just about flexibility.
Thats it mate - for me its about enjoying what I am doing and eating tuna and broc 8 times a day isnt fun for me...I love training and I love eating...now I get the best of both worlds...
I didnt know what they would do during cooking...if they would just burn, break up or just go flat...but seemed to cook pretty much like normal pancakes...I think it was best to use matrix which is a casien/wpc mix rather than a WPI which I was going to use...
Lovely looking blender haha. I always thought they were pretty much the same until I saw the sparks coming out of mine when I put too much xanthum gum in the ice cream mix Switched after that.
Cubes are those things that you just add milk & it turns into a smoothie apparently.
You can find them at woolies in the frozen berrie/ice cream section area....they are just frozen cubes of berries/fruit etc that make your smoothies thicker/taste better.
Yea mate I needed a blender for down the coast to make my smoothies with and found this beauty for cheap as!
What do yous do for your pancake mix, there must be cheaper alternatives than the 500g or 1kg single containers at woolies (haven't been down that isle in forever so I don't know whats there lol). Anywhere online or something. Also joel how you do Cookies and cream ones, that just the protein powder flavor??

Yea just the protein - think I posted a pic a page or so back of the protein I use for it...I just have 2 scoop of protein, 2-3 eggs and water...mix till thickish then cook like a normal pancake...
