Taking inspiration from the piri piri chicken and bacon salad:

Chicken breast with piri piri tomato paste, spinach and cheese
Sweet potato wedges
Broccoli
 
I had a massive chunder after my workout, the protein shake, the creatine and dextrose i had before and after my workout came up, wasnt a good feeling at all
 
On the way back into Keto, had boring sausages...... thats is all.....
Dessert later will be some whipped cream.....Mmmmmm
