Sunday at the INBA universe, my daily calories (came in at my normal calorie intake) came from Mars bar x 1, kit kat x 1, half block white chocolate, 6-8 x scoops ProFlex, 1 x white chocolate gluten free cookie from Zaraffa's, 100g ricotta cheese, 6 x tablespoon of pysllium husk, 4 x chicken thighs from nando's and some other rice and chicken mix (forget what it is call) and 200g of chicken breast with 150-200g of mixed veggies.
