overhead press forum bests

Yeah I'll have a go. I reckon I can PP 100kg and strict OHP 90kg before 2015. But it won't be a massive improvement (vs around 85kg / 90kg now)
 
sounds good, you may surprise yourself.

Good thing is bodyweight counts in terms of score, so a small improvement at a lighter bodyweight will be a much higher score.
 
I think so, perhaps best to make the test basic, more pure strength.

Liam, you in for push press.

from rack, or after clean, two competitions: either a military press from front, or a push press from front.

Both have to be locked out at top.

Just thought these were two basic movements to test.

Remember you can post as many clips as you like in 2014.
