Hypertrophy means to enlarge cells.

A nontumorous enlargement of an organ or a tissue as a result of an increase in the size rather than the number of constituent cells.
 
So say get bigger and stronger. People need to stop analysing this because its not rocket science. Lift heavy shit and eat.
 
My idea of "overtraining" was completely smashed when I read Spritcha's journal on this site. If an elite-level powerlifter (one of the only 3 IPF/PA elites in Australia) can train that hard & heavy and it's still not overtraining for him, it should not be for us plebs.
