I wouldn't call sets of 10 heavy. Heavy (although subjective) is typically 5 reps and under. Using a weight where your form is almost breaking down. Doing this after a rest is just too risky. Even if you don't injure yourself, you'll still be beaten up and need longer to recover. Like Bazza said, you want to be training frequently when you get back into it.

amazing the effect a bit of activity has on your appetite. normally crave junk and sugar but now training again craving more wholesome foods.
