Ok what I mean is this.
Let's say you choose a rep range. We'll go for 10 but it can be 12, 8, 6 or 15. Whatever.
I'm suggesting go heavy so you approach failure on the 10th rep, therefore you are going heavy for the rep range of 10 but like I said it can be whatever rep range you want.
Or do you just want to do 10 reps easy (or whatever rep range you chose), therefore it is light because you are stopping well short of failure.
I cannot explain it any other way.FFS
