New Workout.

I didnt say that...

U said you want to look like a bodybuilder? Thus following your bodybuilding mates advice.

I get the feeling your early 20's and want biceps and a 6pack for summer?

Your fat at 8Xkg. Why do u want to be in the 80 range? Wouldnt it be better to just go with it and see whta happens.

Worrying about scales is for women, and fighters...

So do you want to loose fat or grow muscle? News flash if you want to look good u cant do one without the latter...

Gain, this honestly is how simple it is. No lies.

Train 3 times a week

squat 5 sets
bench 3 sets
deadlift 3 sets
military press 3 sets
bent row 3 sets
curl 2 sets

Increase the weight as often as you can, use over 10 reps on squats, under 10 reps on everything else

eat 4000 calories a day, around 400gms of protein, eat 6-7 times a day.

Do this for 6 months, you will be stunned at the results, what have you got to lose?????

actually pretty far from fat.

I mainly dont wanna look to big. Majority of my mates are on the juice.
100-120 kg's of steroids bassicly.
I dont want that.

Just wanna be fit, look big for my size and yeh have my girlfriend go. He looks good.
Rather than fat.

also that being said ive gone from being a 74 kg who trained muay thai 6 days a week.
With zero body fat to actually trying to atleast get to 80 kgs.

Its funny what a role peer pressure plays on this stuff..

When i was heavy into tai kwon do i used to go to the gym occasionally with my instructor and some other mates.. I knew nothing about exercise.

We used to do shrugs, curls, bench, pec deck tricep push downs and some other crap i think that was it. 1 of the guys was massive (top half) the other had a good physique from martial arts.

When ever i asked about trianing legs i would get told no one ever picked up chicks from calves.

**** me what morons...

Point is follow tried proven tested programs and ideas.

Your other thread was about some pre work out supplement. You weigh 8xkg wtf do u need that crap for?

Markos is right you need more basics and more food. You might not like it now but you will think of your self as an idiotic twat in 12 months time i guarentee you.

Or you will go off with your mate train biceps and forearms 3 times a week and jab.

Your call..

the workout is nothing like doing arms 3 times a week and so on.

having body fat etc isnt an issue.
But girls with fake boobs and good looks aint into who can lift the heaviest amount of weight.

So your training for girls?

.......

Women like strong men, not boys with biceps and six packs.

Anyway from what i gather you are a complete novice to weightlifting. You have done some muai thai.

As a complete and utter novice you need a novice program. Such as the one markos has provded.

You still seem to think that the progrma determins whether you loose or gain weight? Well it can in certain ways but its diet you need to focus on.

So tell me exactly what you want?

1. biceps
2. six pack
3. pull the chicks ulleh?

1.hot girlfriend
2. been training doing weights for 3 years.
3. i know training is an ad to gaining and losing weight.

people train to look good and good health
people train to be strong
some people train to pass the time.

hahahaa
as if.

I try different workouts.
try different diets and read into shit way to much.

haahhaha i seriously read so much shit i confuse myself most of the time.

Fitness is one of those things where. If u think its right. Someone will say its not.

No matter what it is.

Which is more reason to follow PTC's advice, heavy compounds 3x per week, 4000 CALS a day, 400g protein broken up into 6-7 meals a day. In 6 months time you will look like a juicer.

I can sort of relate to what you are saying as I myself although compete in powerlifting also have looks/ 6 pack / low body fat high on my priorities. Its not a weight think more of a personal thing in which I want to be lean.

The big differene between you and me but Is I did these programs off PTC for 12-18months built a solid foundation before I started toworry about body fat etc etc..

even footy players in the NRL, union etc etc they all train in a similar fashion to alot of guys here. They all squat big, deadlift big, bench big, do pull ups over head presses, power cleans the only difference is they do a bit more running, sprinting mobility etc.
Build the base .... when you can squat 160+ Bench 120 + Deadlift 200 + pick up 100kg from the floor and put it over head then start worring about a bit of isolation.... untill then your wasting your time...

^^^^ Listen to this, I wasted 20 years doing what you're doing.

Never too late to get it right, but you've got a chance to do so without wasting 20 years first.

Cheers,
Mike

i already look like im on the juice..
hahahaha

my main reason i havent just gone with heavy compounds and that only.
Is pretty much that only since changing my chest routine..
has it developed more and grown. My body gets used to what im doing really fast and then doesnt grow.

Only since changing my routine's around a fair bit.. has more chest started to develop like other area's have.

bench press and that only.. even lifting heavy doesnt make my chest grow at all.

Very good advice, go check out his pics in the members thread he is a freaking muscular little guy.

what will work for some wont work for others.

like ive said in the past everything has grown.. my chest just hasnt developed like most other parts..

trying new shit.

In all honesty i really dont care about being crazy strong.

I know alot of people here are all about it.

Does anyone know luke bainbridge?

Holy ****ing shit. I did not notice you were Crafter man you are in 2/3 of my all time favourite bands.

If there's anything I can do to help let me know. Also you should be doing Markos' beginner program - no lie you'll be huge.

Crafter, just as a rant

If you're looking to try something new you really should consider strength training for a while. If you can squat 180, bench 140 and deadlift 220 I promise you you'll be a ****load bigger than you are now.

Training for strength is one of the most honest things you can do. There are no bs, no shitty supplements, just you, a barbell and a rack. This lifestyle doesnt just build you physically, but emotionally and spiritually too.

Please get involved.
