Do lots of Squats, decline push ups and Chins with your kid on your Shoulders and by the time he's 40 you'll be jacked. Not to mention you'll be bonding.
 
current bw and 3 lift total as of right now. Dont worry,mines shit too.
About 78 kegs (I'm a short ass at 167cm)

Couldn't tell you, haven't done deads for at least 3-4 years. Probably the same for back squats. I prefer front squats. Haven't even benched heavy for around 2 years. No real inclination to train for strength these days, 5 reps is as low as I go.

Should probably do a 5x5 style program to get me back on the horse
