[LOL] Powerlifting workouts should only be 60-90mins long says a retard...

I had to do this fucking "energy" course with one of these motivational overpaid kunce.
The only other thing, besides remembering the hot brunette with insane tits on table 2 was:
"I it takes 20,000 hours of practice to become skilled at the task to be considered elite and within the top 2% in the word regardless of your talent potential"
Exames given were: with enough practice a naturally grumpy kunce can change to become a naturally extremely positive kunce, a sad to a happy kunce, a right handed to a lefty, a nonswimmer to 2% in the distance practiced and a couch potatoe to an elite golfer.
Problem, calculate 20,000 hours into hours available to practice and it's a fucking lifetime, so wanna get great at something? Need to train for exended periods, periods.
Is it worth it for virtually non profit, minimum reward sport? To some.

If it disagrees with experiment it is wrong. In that simple statement is the key to science. It does not make any difference how beautiful your guess is. It does not make any difference how smart you are, who made the guess, or what his name is – if it disagrees with experiment it is wrong. That is all there is to it

That's not even right anyway.

It has everything to do with it.
People do things different your dumbass ideals with great success
Are they wrong or are you wrong?
If it disagrees with experiment then it is wrong

Squats or deadlifts? Yes. Does the bench press train chest or shoulders? Yes. What’s more important, diet or training? Yes. Should powerlifting workouts only be 60-90 minutes for for several hours? Yes.

The only way to answer these questions is to unask them. What happens if you remove a few threads from a rug? It's still a rug. Individual pieces of complex systems are not the big deal. Get over it

Jesus fucking christ. Multiple national record holders/world champ say their training takes more than 2 hours generally which is the complete opposite of the OP.The mediocre peons throw up their arms in disgust, how dare they train for such a long period of time they cry. They're obviously wasting their lives/time/energy...Too much estrogen/******ry in this thread.
