OMG Joel, you certainly are the king of Bro's.
EVERY food will have DIFFERENT macronutrient & micronutrient composition. So they ALL have pro's and con's. To say one is 'shit' is just your usual mis-guided opinion and YOUR personal preference. If YOU only want to eat steak or fish, then that is fine. But you certainly should not be giving 'advice' and uneducated advice at that, to people based on YOUR personal preference.
I DISLIKE fish, but it has many great health benefits etc, so just because I don't eat it (simply due to the fact I basically lived on it for a number of years and can not stand the sell of it LOL) does not mean I do not put it in my clients nutritional guides if called for or they enjoy eating it.
FYI Chicken contains - Vitamin A, Calcium, Vitamin C, Potassium, Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Riboflavin, Niacin, Thiamin, Pantothenic acid. So much for being poor nutritional choice.
