OMG Joel, you certainly are the king of Bro's.

EVERY food will have DIFFERENT macronutrient & micronutrient composition.So they ALL have pro's and con's. To say one is 'shit' is just your usual mis-guided opinion and YOUR personal preference. If YOU only want to eat steak or fish, then that is fine. But you certainly should not be giving 'advice' and uneducated advice at that, to people based on YOUR personal preference.

I DISLIKE fish, but it has many great health benefits etc, so just because I don't eat it (simply due to the fact I basically lived on it for a number of years and can not stand the sell of it LOL) does not mean I do not put it in my clients nutritional guides if called for or they enjoy eating it.

FYI Chicken contains - Vitamin A, Calcium, Vitamin C, Potassium, Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Riboflavin, Niacin, Thiamin, Pantothenic acid. So much for being poor nutritional choice.
 
Im not saying dont eat it im just saying if you have a choice your better off with red meat or fish.

Got nothing to do with "bro" shit its just common knowledge.

Your perception of 'common knowledge' is bro-science based rubbish mate.

Again re-read what I said, EVERY food type has pro's and con's. So your not 'better' off with only steak or fish. Now that is common knowledge.
 
But you cant disagree that if the choice was there steak V chicken - steak is a better option

Because it is like saying, 'if you had a choice between a blonde or brunette, the blonde would be better' and we all know that is not the case. :D
 
Wow, I appreciate the post about taking some fats in the form of mince.I was wondering about the possible quantity.Got the confidence and I am willing to eat both now.Thanks.
