Yes I've got the book. I've got all bar one of his books, nerd I know

Well for a 'crash' diet it is the 'best' and has the most complete literature to go along with it I.E explains the who, what, why etc. Fantastic information, but IMO for the most complete information in relation to fat etc would be 'The Stubborn Fat Solution'.

Personally, I think that and any other crash diet is an extreme measure that is unnecessary. Plus I don't see the point of doing a 'diet' like RFS, that can not be adhered to for the long term. Long term results>short term results IMO.

My real name is Kev, well it has extra letters but I'm known as Kev I'm not happy with my parents for that name, especially when Home Alone came out

Why I ask is because for business purposes, would it be of any benefit?
