yes it really sucks. i've seen a gp about it and haven't found any reasons yet. i was tested negative for sleep apnoea. thyroid stuff was checked and was fine. no luck so far. i'm unsure whether thats just me or if i indeed have a medical problem =/
My sleeping patterns have changed many times, according to lifestyle and circumstances - studying like crazy, working, being unemployed, working again but with very different hours, massive family stresses, etc., etc.
I guess that's to be expected. As for what I need though, it seems that around 6 to 7 hours is about right. Why, I have absolutely no idea. Uh, we're all different and stuff. Yeah.
Can definitely function - and even lift okay - on less, but I don't like it much. :/
