I have 5 weeks till my next DEXA, I have been focusing on strength since January but want to lose more body fat before dexa. I would like to be 50kgs and I am thinking of starting a Keto log from Monday. Just trying to get the macros right so I can keep building strength.
3kg bodyfat loss before mid April is my goal.
Im doing OK I suppose, bench still feels heavy at 100kg as it has for bloody ages but who cares. Weight sitting stagnant and looking slightly better in the mirror, legs def looking little better. Diet has sucked a little in last couple of weeks but back on track now.
Going to try to fit some burpees in on off day with sleds and other stuff to get a bit of conditioning in.
Strength wise I'm progressing well on deads, stalling a little on squats and bench but still progressing.
BW seems to be staying put only lost 1.5 - 2Kgs & have been on a cut for 6-7 weeks.
Clothes are getting looser round the waist so something must be happening.
Edit: Going to Bali in a week n a half and have some annual leave coming up so wont have a chance to train much this month
