A doctor gave me all this info on food obsession and overeating, but they said there is no cure. I read through it all and could identify with alot of it. Even though it left me confused.
Yeah isn't that natural selection thing called darwinism? Where the stupid people take themselves out of the genepool?

I was thinking about weight... how do people get to 300 kilos and not die? It must have alot to do with genes? I know people bigger than me who haven't had any health problems to date. Even know a girl who was probably close to 200 kilos and she gave birth to twins!
And some people don't get stretchmarks but others do?
I havent touched alcohol for 6 months and dont miss it at all, which is surprising. Like noobs said, it is socialy accepted and that is not right. I thought about it for ages and could not come up with one possitive of drinking alcohol, so now i dont drink it. Simple as that.
Worked this one out when I was 17, haven't drunk since, much better this way especially with the way I used to drink.
You really need to do 1. what noobs said, cut down the sugar and replace it with exercise for endorphin release. 2. Talk to someone about your eating addiction, not just us we don't have all the answer for psychological problems (don't take that the wrong way we all have problems it is just yours is killing you same with smokers and drinkers). You could join a obese group who talk about their weight and why they eat etc and get ideas and support from each other or go see someone by yourself and get their non-judgemental opinion and coaching. Also just so you know people don't laugh at fat people for exercising they laugh and criticise when they down a whole bag of lollies or eat maccas.
I also think you should find someone who you like that you can exercise with, someone you are comfortable with and who is reliable. If you have someone else it becomes more fun, more social and you tend to stick with it no matter what you are doing.

Instead of taking these comments as insults and crying over them, i'm going to try and think about them when i am exercising and use them to motivate me.
I will talk to psych one day. It's too overwhelming for me at the moment. I have been on pills before and i just found that i was swapping one bad habit for the other.

Makes me think that BMI doesn't work that well. What if you are a bodybuilder with 10% fat and weigh 100 kilos but BMI says that is overweight.
in all fairness, really ripped guys probably cop more flack too and get stereotyped.
"ohh, that guy must do drugs"
"ohhh he's prolly a dickhead who's totally up himself"
and so on.
But as far as fat loss, i've lost about 14% of bodyfat from october 2008 til now. I'll post up some pictures sometime this week when I get my latest pic..

So today .. i had a glass of apple juice around breakfast, then 2 boiled eggs and 2 pieces of toast in the afternoon, 1 can of pepsi max, then at about 10pm i had a sandwich with tuna and this stuff called salad mix sprouts, and i put cucumber on it. Plus i had about 3 mandarins, 2 sticks of celery and i tried to smash my 3 litres of water. Bad idea before bed...
